You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user.
Make sure you assign the proper “send as ” permissions
Very Important : In certain exchange environments, it does take about one to two hours for the change to propagate throughout the system .
So change it and try it, if it does not work, give it about two hours and try again.
