Installing PHP PDT Eclipse org.eclipse.dltk.core errors

Errors:

requires 'bundle org.eclipse.dltk.core 0.0.0' 

or

org.eclipse.dltk.core.feature.group could not be found

Solution:

Install DLTK First before you install the PHP PDT package
