Windows Update error 8024402C (Windows 7)

It took me a while to fix this issue but if you follow exactly this document from Microsoft

you will be able to understand the error and fix it too.

The problem is the fact that the updates may be handled by a WSUS server. To find that out go to

programs ->Windows updates and locate the following

 

The only way to run update is by clicking on the link that is just underneath the "Managed by you system administrator" titled:

Check online for updates from Microsoft Update Service.

CRMAsynchService not deleting the Records

1. First, Check event logs to make sure that there is no issue with the "CRMAsynchservice"

2. Second, ( very important ) make sure that you have installed all the CRM updates(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949256)

3. Third, Make sure that you stop Any "Duplicate Detection Jobs" I find out these jobs interfere with the bulk deletion.
